“My name is Angela Johnson. I became interested in janitorial services when I was in sixth grade. I used to accompany my uncle and aunt on weekends as they ran their own cleaning business. They cleaned Sears, Roblox, JCPenney’s, clubs, and apartment buildings. Inspired by them, I decided to start my own janitorial service. I got my license in 1989 and have been working with DMV, Caltrain, and apartment management companies ever since. We clean apartments when tenants move out, preparing them for new residents.
When COVID hit, I had to shut down my business. However, I reopened in March 2023, and things have been going great. Initially, I worked with just my family, but I was soon able to hire additional staff to help grow my business. I plan to follow the same successful approach this time around, and I am proud to be operating as an LLC. ”
